The Inverallan Lodge is owned and run by the Thursby family. The building dates back to the late 19th Century and in its time it has seen several changes of use and name. Today it is one of the last remaining unconverted Victorian villas in Henderson Street.
The Lonely Planet Guide says of the B&B “This is possibly the best guesthouse in town and a travellers’ favourite. Down to earth, friendly and good value, the rooms here are fantastic - an excellent size and some have huge bay windows drawing in plenty of light”
